it's been a stressful month. so much to do. so much to think about. so much to sort out.
we all fall. sometimes literally, and sometimes figuratively. falls are inevitable. the goal should be to land as softly as possible.
i wish i had fallen the way this feather fell... silently, gently, and slowly.
and that i had landed as it did...

there were a couple of photos i really liked this month but i picked this one for no other reason than the memory of the inner peace i felt on this walk. it was a supremely crappy month on so many levels but in this moment i felt "connected".
ricky set up the framing on this and when i saw the finished photo i was really pleased with it. cooperation... what a novel concept.
